Linkedin Connection Request Pre-Interview
I sent HM a Linkedin Connection request before my interview. He still hasnt accepted and it's been 2 business days after the interview.
Could this mean anything or be a bad sign?

It's my first time working with an external recruiter. They want me to share my client list and job level with potential companies. I thought client names are usually kept private and even if I land the role, I couldnt guarantee business from my existing network. I also dont want to share my current level, since its jr but I've been getting paid at the next level.
Any advise on how to push back?
I've had two screenings now where the recruiter lowballed me after I messed up my words... their range was lower than JD and I still said yes, despite my experience should command more (yes I'm running from current role)
Is this a test, if I accept the lowball does it raise further flags?
Have an interview coming up. I have a great 'customer first' story, but it's from 5-6 yrs ago. Its still my best example by far.
However this happened around Covid and interviewer will know it's dated (context is relevant to include). Would it still be OK to use this example?
TIA
