Amazon Pay ICICI CC not mapped to Amazon account after approval/delivery – anyone faced this?

My Amazon Pay ICICI Credit Card has already been approved, delivered, activated and I’m able to do transactions successfully. ICICI Bank confirmed everything is fine from their side.

But in the Amazon app, first it was stuck on “Application Under Review”. Now that status disappeared completely and it is showing “Apply Now” again as if I never got the card.

It is even allowing me to apply for another Amazon Pay ICICI card despite already having one active.

Because of this, I think my existing card is not getting mapped/linked properly to my Amazon account backend. Cashback/rewards also don’t seem to reflect correctly.

Has anyone faced a similar account mapping/sync issue between Amazon and ICICI?

If yes:

how was it resolved?

did it fix automatically after a few days/billing cycle?

or did Amazon backend team have to manually refresh/link the card?

Would appreciate any guidance since normal customer care seems unaware of this issue.
