Whats the best budget k04/bang for buck turbo i can out on my 1.8? ( poor student with dreams)

Car went in to a «limp» no power over 40mph

Had a p2015 at the same time, fixed that with the usual bracket, but to no luck car is still dead ish. No fault codes. Thought? Ik it might seem like a turbo thing, but before the p2015 it drive just fine and both problems came simultaneously..
