Open plan kitchen
We recently purchased this house built in the 70s. It has a large kitchen and dining room that I'd like to combine by knocking down the wall and blocking up the internal kitchen door allowing access through the dining room. I'd really like a utility room and thought to put it at the far right of the kitchen. I'd move the external door down to where the adjoining window is to allow access to utlity room from outside. I'm wondering if anyone has any other ideas or any advice about doing this.
