Ichi Asian Fusion Sushi in Olbia, Sardinia. Ate here today for the first time, the price was €18.90 for lunch. Slightly more than the other places, but they have different things, so I thought I would try it. Very disappointed with the mixed sashimi plate one piece of each fish but in half. And usually when you order nigiri it comes with two pieces not one. Again mixed feelings about nuts on fish. Good but in my opinion you can do better for the price.

And I am allergic to soy so the presentations sometimes lack because I can’t have the sauce. I do have to say that pistachio on sushi was first for me and im not sure how I feel about it, but I did eat it all. Kyoo sushi in Olbia Sardinia. Rolls here were the soft shell crab roll and the sunrise roll.

Homemade sushi lunch, 2nd time in 20 years, however the salmon Nigiri came from the grocery store. My fish came from the local fish market, sushi grade and beautiful. Grocery store salmon was not pretty. But I was starving and ate a piece while I was making sushi hahaha 😂
