What are your thoughts on "gang RP" in NP 4.0?

How important is PvP skill and should it be the most important factor for what makes a "good gang"? Do gangs focus on PvP too much or is that just how gang RP should be?

Is picking the "best 6" good RP? or does that create an overly competitive PvP culture?

Is there less personalities in gangs now due to the prioritization and emphasis on PvP at a player and/or server level?

Is it better or worse than NP 2.0 and NP 3.0 gang RP?
