the m3 screws that hold the extruder motor in are slipping out during extrusion (first pic).

I threaded on an m3 heat insert to keep it in place (second pic about 5 oclock). It works but is janky

Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions?

EDIT: OK, looking at other posts I think I have an Id10t error - have the screws in backwards and a simple reverse should do the trick
