Hi! I’ve never owned jnco jeans before in my entire life, always the Zumiez “jnco style” jeans and this person accepted my offer on depop for $40, well two people did, I’m unsure if either are real and I really want some help! I do not want to end up with reps :( the photos I provided are the only ones he provided, he also provided photos of measurements but I didn’t add them in because I’m not sure if those are needed

I may just sound impatient but the eBay seller is mrpexports. I ordered a Nintendo switch off of them to replace my old one because the LCD panel broke. Their bio states they’re available Monday-Friday 8am-6pm and I’ve been texting them between those hours. They simply refuse to reply to my messages and they also have a no return policy. FedEx says they’re still awaiting shipment but mrpexports won’t reply or do anything to help. My return window closes on May 8 and eBay says I can only file a complaint after May 6. What do I do?!
