I would appreciate any advice on this.

I have an ongoing mortgage with a bank, 10 years, up to date payments. The property value is at least 5 times the balance. My credit is about 700. I sent them the rent roll as well as the income and expense statement for this property. But now they want a copy of my tax returns. I never sent them that in all my ten years with them.

I refuse to send them this, since I do have confidential information on it. I know how these things get bumped around and left on desks etc.

This particular fellow threatens to call the mortgage unless.

does he have a right to do that?

I have a commercial space in a Manhattan building with a rooftop cooling tower.

I recently installed installed an AC consisting of an handler and hooking up to the chilled water cooling tower piping,

My question is. Do I really need an ERV and exhaust piping?. I am pressed for space, since I have a fresh air intake pipe (needed?) and the exhaust must be 10 ft away.

Of course there is no condenser inside the space.

I would appreciate an answer with references. Since the condo board is driving me nuts, because of this.

I have a unit in a Brooklyn NY condominium. I recently installed an AC unit, where I had to connect to the building cooling tower. I had the boards permission and all. It was working fine for 18 months, when the board president decided that since I did not use a licensed Master Plumber, and I did not file with Dept. Of Buildings. He simply cut my pipes.

I am ready to get a LMP and file (cost over 10K). Those are his interpretation of the Condo rules.

however I think

1. that he is selectively enforcing those rules. Since I know of other condo owners who have installed and moved kitchen piping without filing and master plumbers. As well as installed and hard wired washing machines and dishwashers, by themselves or by a handyman.

2. Since I got permission from the board to connect the piping. he can maybe require me to file. But he has no right to cut off my piping. In the middle of the cooling season.

I would file a show cause. Or any other anti discriminatory action. Except he would fight it with the boards money, And I would end up paying for his defense....

Hi.I have a real tough one (so think...)

On a recent trip to Israel I took along my Samung s21plus. Which worked fine overthere. However when I came back. Off the plane. All cellular connections stopped. I tried changing and selecting a network. I can't toggle automatic selection off. I keep getting this message "error while searching for networks"

Spent tons off time with my carrier T_Mobile. Changed to esim, even did a factory reset. Nothing doing. No cellular connections.

​I read that this can happen when traveling overseas . Phone locks on to whatever. Does anyone know of a solution to this?
