So i guess it must have happened when my friend attempted to join my game, he appeared briefly but the game crashed at his end, and same when he tried to join a few more times.

The bug is that I'm now known as 'Other Player' instead of my name, which is fine, but all of my presets for my villagers are now called 'new preset' and cannot be renamed. They haven't been deleted but are all named the same, which is a major pain. The same goes for all of my trade routes at my caravan station.

Anyone else encounter this, know how to fix.
