Dram light on and I’m not sure why please help

I came home one day and turned on my pc, it had no display but all of the lights were on and the fans were spinning but the Dram light was on so naturally I immediately went to check the ram and took each one out individually to test them and one worked and one didn’t. I used my pc with one stick of ram for that night perfectly fine but then the next day when I came home I had no display all over again. I started with cleaning everything and tired lots of fixes I saw online such as removing the cmos battery and putting it back in and switching the ram sticks to different slots to see if the slots themselves were dead. Nothing worked so the next day I took both sticks of ram to a friend’s pc and each stick of ram worked perfectly after I tested them each individually. Then I figured it was my motherboard and replaced my old one (Asus B850) with a new one (Asus X870E). I used it minimally for a couple of days without the new drivers because I didn’t have a flash drive at the moment and I was waiting on a friend to bring a flash drive with windows to do a fresh windows install. I know both of my monitors work and their cables work too. However this morning I tried turning on my pc with the new motherboard and my whole pc working for two days just fine, it had no display again and I’m unsure what it may be now besides my CPU but I want to make sure before I buy a whole new one I have a Ryzen 5 9600X that I bought brand new around June last year so it’s less than a year old.
