What type of oil do you recommend for the E46 (5W-40 or 10W-40)? And, more importantly, which brands are best suited (Valvoline, Liqui Moly, Castrol, Motul...)?

Bonjour à tous
Ma e46 a un petit bruit de claquement à lavant du moteur, le bruit est couvert quand j’accélère ou quand j’allume la Clim le bruit s’atténue un tout petit peu au moment où elle s’allume.
J’ai pas d’autres symptômes bizarres la voiture fonctionne parfaitement
