Here’s a rough idea for a custom AE1200 inner bezel I came up with.

I haven't factored in tolerances or the actual manufacturing process yet. Since it's so small, a standard 3D printer probably won't give crisp enough edges.

I'm not sure if taking it to a machine shop is worth it, or if laser cutting would be a better option... Any thoughts or ideas on how to bring something like this to life?
