Just got into proxies but I don't know enough about materials
I want to make the "big step" into proxies next month, and I've already decided which printer to buy (most likely an ET-2800) but i don't know which paper i should buy, what lamination is, and which steps are strictly necessary and which are optional. I heard some people use some kind of plastic-like paper and others who use photography paper, in which case is lamination needed and what are the benefits? My goal is to get cards that have a thickness similar to original cards, not too thick, nor too fragile.
Thanks in advance everyone, and have a good day!
