Im printing yard signs on that corrugated plastic first one peeled so i changed the design to use a white background. The next 5 are crisp then the one you see on the left... any idea what happened?

Just got my printer super excited! I opened it last night plugged it in this morning just started the initialization process and then saw this it was next to the small bed. Its different than the packing foam and its sticky on one side at the bottom. Anyone have any clue what it is and where this should go?
