Is it ever okay to walk away from a deal if the prospect keeps moving the goalposts?

I've been working a deal for about six weeks with a prospect who seemed genuinely interested at first. We've had multiple calls, they've seen demos, asked questions about implementation. But every time we get close to closing, they suddenly bring up a new requirement or say they need approval from someone else who has additional concerns. At this point I've probably spent 20+ hours on this deal and I'm wondering if I'm just chasing someone who isn't actually ready to buy. My manager says to keep pushing, but I'm getting the sense that the real blocker isn't anything I can fix with better sales skills. Is there a point where you should just acknowledge the deal isn't happening and move on, or am I supposed to just keep iterating until they finally give a real yes?

What's one home improvement project that made the biggest difference for the money ?

If you had around $500 - $2 000 to improve your home, what project gave you the biggest impact? Not necessarily the most expensive renovation, just something that made daily life noticeably better or added real value.
Could be inside or outside. Curious to hear what you'd do again without hesitation

Best airbnb software for guidebooks?

I know i could just leave a printed sheet in the flat or stick a qr code on the wall, but I think people won't read so much blocks of text, I'm thinking to make something more interactive.
Also, most of my guests are tourists from different places, so there's a language barrier too. Not all of them are comfortable in English so I want a solution for that as well.
