Over the course of 2 years this is how I tapered. It's been a looong 2 years. I'm tired. Next month I plan on running out of broke in half .25mg pills and ending this madness. I know it won't be easy, because no reduction in medication has been easy, but .125mg to nothing will have to be doable. I can't do it anymore. A few more months of benzo belly, restless nights, emotional swings and hopefully I can be done!

I find that not a lot of people talk about their daily dosage of benzo in MG. I think that would help me and other people gauge where we can expect ourselves to be down the road. : )
