What's the most "of-the-time" joke in The Office?
What jokes are so culturally niche to the time of the show that a new viewer 30 years from now wouldn't be able to understand?
No, not Harry Potter. There were no movies in prison! 😡
About kelly and erin from the last few seasons
I always thought we could've seen a lot of them. Like they always were together as a duo in the office buy their side of the story never really got shaped. Idk why the writers didnt show this side of the office.
The Office x Brooklyn99
Just about to finish a rewatch of The Office. Will be moving onto Brooklyn99 as it's another comfort show in my cycle of comfort shows.
Love picking out characters that I've seen elsewhere anyway but especially seeing those in shows I love.
Bonus at the end, he hasn't been in both, but is co creator and exec producer of B99.
Love that the main cast are all still alive and kicking ❤️
Sorry for a morbid post! I was rewatching Buffy recently and it’s really sad to know that three of the main cast members have died. It made me think about all the shows I love whose main cast have started dying, and while I know that many Office stars have sadly passed (even Vikram!), I love that the main cast are all still alive and kicking, especially after Jenna’s diagnosis. I just thought I’d remind everyone, because I wish I appreciated it more when the whole main cast were alive while watching Buffy, because it makes such a difference. I think we should know how precious it is, because one day we’ll be watching and they won’t all still be with us. But for now they are (touch wood, I’m a little stitious).
Call should cut off halfway through
A picture can depict many things but Pain aint one of them --- bruh..
Angela was a terrible person for hiding Philip from Dwight.
I understand people give Angela a pass on this because she was "protecting her marriage" to the Senator and the scandal would have ruined their life - A selfish reason but a reason nonetheless.
This fails to be a valid excuse once her divorce with Senator Lipton was finalized. Through the second half of The Office, we know how important family and the concept of an heir is to Dwight. She knew Philip's father was Dwight and yet she deprived them both of each other for much longer than her cover allowed.
It's so clear that the writers were trying to show how Angela was being somewhat selfless for not telling Dwight about it after her divorce because he was with someone else and was suddenly so successful, and she was on the verge of homelessness.
Even after she gets back on her feet she doesn't tell him about Philip being his son. Why did she only want to tell him IF he was going to ditch Esther Bruegger who it turns out was much more loyal to Dwight than Angela ever was. So if Dwight didn't want to be with Angela she NEVER would have told him and Philip would grow up without a dad. Why does Angela feel like Dwight can't have a relationship with their son if he isn't in a relationship with her!?
Honestly, she was extremely narcissistic, rude, super hypocritical, selfish and all-round terrible human being for the majority of the show.
This video is giving Meredith, down to the hair!
