I spend on highways mostly and want to understand how this logic works.

I drive a 2022 M3 long range.

Honestly it’s not even close. I maintain my car very carefully and I do mostly highway driving. I did put lot of miles on it . So mostly highway driving and no pot holes.

Recently I moved to NJ and god this freaking state has pot holes everywhere. So each time I bump into even a tiny one, the car bounces crazily. I can feel it and everyone inside the car too. It’s really bad actually.

2 days ago, I got this loaner and dear god the difference is night and day.

So my question is, my car is still in the shop right. So do I need to key then the issue so they can check the shocks and other items that may be causing this issue?

Also if need to let them know what are the technical terms I can use in the service request?

I know weather wise it can change overnight, but looking for potholes and general road conditions (closures).

I rented Jeep grand Cherokee for this drive and my rental agency allows to drive there.

Based on my previous post, I changed my itinerary as below:

Anchorage (flying tonight, June 26th) --> Seward --> Kenai boat tour --> Homer --> Denali NP (2 days here) --> Talkeetna (flight tour)

I cancelled the below schedule.

(Denali Highway (hopefully) --> Valdez --> Whittier (via ferry or road) —> Anchorage.)

Now I got 3 more nights (July 1st - July 4th) left in my trip and I would prefer to stay at one place and cover day trips as I can rather running around town to town.

Any recommendations peoples 🙏

The kind of automation/innovation I am seeing today (June 24, 2026), most of these jobs (90% out there) can and will be consumed by ‘AI’. Unless you are in developing RAG or LLM’s (honestly don’t need many of them around the globe), you will be affected one way or other.

I am trying to choose a different career since I had this feeling. Not to scare anyone out here, just want to share my 2 cents here. 💙🫡

Hi there, I will be flying this Saturday for a 7-day trip to Alaska.

My plan is:
Anchorage --> Talkeetna (flight tour) --> Denali NP --> Denali Highway (hopefully) --> Valdez --> Whittier (via ferry or road)--> Kenai boat tour —> Anchorage.

Is this a good/decent plan to start with? I honestly haven’t even booked accommodations/Denali shuttle reservations.
(I got this plan from someone’s YouTube video)

Need a sanity check and recommendations in these places, so based on this I will do the reversions.

Also next week the weather is showing rain in almost all these places. Will it be really that bad or just a few hours of rain in the day?

I made a mistake of taking the boots straight to hiking (I thought its same as my past 2 Merrill's, which is a stupid mistake).

Now my pinky toe's on both logs are not only blistered but also I made a bloody mess.

How can I break it in these shoes now? The inner shell is so hard (because of water proof nature), now I am scared to use these boots even to walk around my house.

Please let me know what to do to fix this issue?

Drove from Babb to Bozeman early in the morning today at 4 AM (Just came came back home) and the drive is pure magical.

Cant get my thoughts straight here, so posting it here to get some local insights.

Edit: Just noticed in Google Maps, it says "Montana Scenic Loop". I guess it makes sense now.
