Does the highlighted small gabled roof really need the gutter and long downspout? No other rooflines or gutters feed to it. Gutter is less than 2 feet long.

A, B, or C?
These images are created by AI because the stone work is not finished yet. We had to renovate the whole front facade of our house due to water damage. We used to have shutters, common in our neighborhood, but not sure if we should put them back up or not -- and on which windows? I know it is subjective but I am torn because I do not like when shutters don't fit the width of the window (upper windows), but I can get over that if that is what looks best. Please help!
PS there will be front door lights and dark brown keystones over the stone section windows.
Any other suggestions? Thanks!
