Camping

Relatively new to cigars. Going camping this weekend. Whats your favorite campfire cigar? Also looking for a good morning cigar to have with some coffee.

Thanks in advance!

Need a reason

I did the math and the amount I was vaping was equivalent to a 2 pack a day smoker. I vaped for about 8 years and couldn't quit.

I developed health anxiety and generalized anxiety because I was having symptoms of a heart attack. (Turned out to be costochondritis.) Anxiety attacks went from once every 2 weeks gradually up to multiple times a day. I was about to start on an SSRI which was something I never wanted to do (not kmocking anyone on SSRIs. Just personal beliefs.) Then I thought "why dont I let my body naturally reset its dopamine (the best it can) and after that. To avoid or at least delay going on an SSRI, the decision to quit was so easy.

Yes the first few days were absolutely terrible and going down to the store to get a new one is so easy. But doing hard things is so good for your mental health I couldn't give in. Not now. Not after I told everyone that I quit.

The amount of times I "cut back" or quit "for a few hours" but didnt tell anyone because deep down I knew I was going to go back to it and didnt want to disappoint anyone.. Dozens of times.

It comes down to having a reason. Holding yourself accountable and telling people so other people can hold you accountable.

Your brain will come up with every reason on why you cant quit right now. Mine did.. its not you, its just your addiction talking. Kick the addiction and you'll really admire yourself.

Im 5 months vape free. And feel amazing. Anxiety is way down.
