I have completed the courses assigned to me in xplore now what should I do? Will I get other courses or will there be any offline exams before joining letter or just wait for the joining letter.

I have completed the courses assigned to me in xplore now what should I do? Will I get other courses or will there be any offline exams before joining letter or just wait for the joining letter.

Can any one give me a clarity on completion of the xplore assessments. In the offer letter it said that to complete the xplore to get the joining letter but some people are getting the joining letters without completing the xplore.
