Is there anything in the handbook that explicitly bans unnatural hair colors? I’d really like to try a bubblegum pink. I asked my SM about it prior to the recent referendum on light colored pants and untucked shirts and at the time he was okay with it but wanted to see if it’s been cracked down on with the newer policies.
I don’t know how they can justify doing this when it will ultimately lose them money. We can’t get anything done!
Apologies if this has been posted here already but as a sales associate with no role in the warehouses or management, what is AHEAD supposed to do? Every time someone on here complains about receiving product their store doesn’t need or pallets being stacked out of order it always gets blamed on AHEAD but I have no idea what that system is actually in place to accomplish as it’s never been properly explained to me. Could someone provide a short simple explanation? Please and thank you!
I recently subbed in at another store who didn’t have enough coverage. When I’ve done this at other locations they typically pay me out for mileage, but they didn’t do it at this one because, in their words, if it took me less 20 minutes or less to drive to that location then they don’t pay out for mileage.
I don’t care one way or the other but I just wanted to confirm whether or not this is true. They were right that I didn’t have to drive as far to that store but it’s the first time I haven’t been paid for mileage when subbing somewhere else and since my SM is on vacation I just want to confirm.
