Bank employees are scapegoats, I hope everyone just resigns so that banks become private and these Mc Indian Bhikari people rot on roads. Poor Manager was just doing his duty but DFS suspended him for no reason, now he will fight the case for 25-30 years without success

And people say banks have the Fastest promotion Policy, People in Union Bank of India are stuck for 10 years in clerical cadre as Promotion seats from 0-1 is hardly 250 in all India category, You never gonna Get State channel because mostly SC ST people will get promotion, i've known 4 NICL assistant who got promotion to AO within 2 year's, In Banks Clerk to Officer Promotion has been made super tough with Hardly Any Vacancies ! Shame
I am about to leave Bank P job (Scale 2 ) for a state govt UDC job, salary difference is huge, Scale 2 - 1 lakh in hand , UDC 45k in hand ! But I don't think I will be able to lie for more then 40years in govt banking industry due to Stress, Daily Threats from illiterate people and too much negativity from general public. It's a 10am-10pm job
