Hi all! To get straight to the point,my boyfriend and I are planning to do the 10-12 day version of the Camino de Santiago hike in the beginning of July! I was wondering what I should budget for this trip? As well as advice for the best route, Portuguese or French way? My boyfriend and I are both in our early 20s, and I believe fit enough for this hike as we are both from Canada and used to hiking the mountain trails at home. Additionally, we hope to separately travel a bit before/after the hike to utilize our time in Europe! What would you recommend doing, travelling before or after the hike? And whereabouts? I know this is a lot, but any advice is appreciated!! :) Thank you so much!

Hi all! To get straight to the point, I’m travelling to Australia this June for the month to visit a friend I made abroad. However, my boyfriend wants to do his own travels and meet me close by, potentially Indonesia? He has travelled there before, but wants to go there with me since it’s nearby and it will be a while without seeing each other. For those who have travelled with there s/o, was it affordable? Is it worth it? How much should I put aside to potentially meet him there? And how long could I stay with maybe 3k? I’m estimating to have that much left after my travels in Australia.
