I only have 1 ear lobe piercing so far on my left ear. What should I get for new piercings?

So I got my helix in February and I am worried if I have a bump on my helix piercing. It’s almost 4 months and I see dried skin stuff or something. Is it just dried lymph or irritation bump?

All of them have been downsized (all of them are titanium) and I spray Neilmed 2 times in a day, and usually never touch my piercings.
When I downsized my flat piercing last week, I asked my piercer if I have a bump but she said she doesn’t think so. I have no pain, redness, and swelling all of my piercings.
