Seeking advice on ‘87 F150 rust/condition

Hello all!

I am in talks to potentially purchase an ‘87 F150 Extended Cab short bed (I know it’s not quite an OBS but figured it’s similar enough), and am seeking input on its condition and whether or not I should proceed.

I’ll drop photos of the undercarriage and body below, any advice would be amazing.

Some info:

Oregon/Idaho truck its whole life, 44,000 original miles, XLT Lariat trim, 2WD, 5.0 302 V8 engine. Two owners, clean title, and regular maintenance with no mechanical issues besides the passenger power window bearings being shot (motor still working fine). Minor alignment needed, and runs great.
