Bunch of cops and ambulances

Hi, I’ve had my sense tracker and it’s been connected to metastatic app on iOS for a while. Recently when I try to connect to it it cycles through two attempts (quickly scans 1 - 100) and fails but can at least see the device. It looks like a fairly common issue but I’ve tried uninstalling, unpairing, resetting cache etc and still can’t get it. Any ideas or guidance would be so appreciated.
