Pipe Burst and this the result 5 months later. What is this?
Hi all, we had the apartment above us have a pipe burst during the winter here in Boston. We contacted the property owners and let them know we would like a mold check back in January, but they kept pushing it off and nothing ever happened. Do you happen to know what this may be? It’s growing in the basement rooms.
What would next stops be to deal with this.. I assume I should contact Board of Health? The size of this is roughly 3-4inches. Thank you!
