Potting soil came with ... friends?

Got a bag of potting soil and these appeared and grew large in just a few days! Does anyone know what they are? They seem to have started a bit brighter in tone in the first day we noticed them, and have gone this color now.

Looking for good YouTube channels to learn about mushrooms 🍄
Hey everyone! I’ve recently become really interested in mushrooms and fungi, and I’d love to learn more about them beyond just the basics.
Does anyone know any good, trustworthy people on YouTube who make videos about mushrooms, fungi identification, foraging, mycology, or just interesting fungi in general?
I’m especially looking for channels where I can actually learn something and not just watch pretty mushroom video.
I’d really appreciate any recommendations! 🍄
