I've been taking 5g/daily (no loading phase) post workout for about 2 weeks now and I've noticed small amounts of hair shedding when taking a shower. I'm reluctant on using it now. I know many people refer to "studies", stating that it doesn't cause hair loss directly. There's a wisdom among crowds and I've also read some comments in forums that share the same experience as me.
