Venting about New Direction fertility clinic Az. No flexibility for out of state patients

I feel Az really hates me right now. But I’m also frustrated with them because they expect us to uproot for 2 weeks with no flexibility. Not thinking how that impacts our job, emotions , everything for them to take 5 min to monitor me when I can do that at my local OB clinic.

I saw they recently let San Diego pt fully monitor remote and just come in for their egg retrieval under their blog. Similar to CNY. CNY lets their patients monitor at home with their OB or anywhere up till it’s time to egg retrieve. So I asked them about it. And they’re were like no. It’s just for San Diego and a partnered clinic we have . I said your website says “or your own OB” and “the benefits of sleeping in your own bed at night “ so why would you not want that for all your out of state patients ? I said I’m 2 hr ahead and have a clinic who does monitoring appt for other places.
They replied to me: I just confirmed with management that it is only with the approved San Diego clinic. The "or you own OB/GYN" is an error in the verbiage that they are going to correct. The reason is the providers are making very important decisions about your IVF cycle starting stim day 5 that they cannot rely on just any facility to conduct those ultrasounds. It must be an approved facility.

I asked to speak with the head doctor. And no reply in over 24 hr now. I just followed this doctor recommendation to remove my endo before anymore egg retrieval which seems very appositive of any other doctor recommendation. But I did it. So i wish they’d take that into consideration. I’m a repeat patient. Done other rounds there. And it’s hard to uproot your life for 2 weeks if you’re working patient . And for what ? A 5 min monitoring appointment.. then to sit around all day waiting for them to say if you change your medication or not. I can see doing it once , but this isnt my first round. And it gets old leaving your home for 2 weeks at a time , multiple times. My new job has no flexibility, no coverage. I don’t get why they’re allowing one state to monitor fully but not for others. They clearly can do it. See comment for photo

Everyone’s tells me the first period post surges is brutal. I’m still waiting for my period to show up. When do you all get yours after surgery?
I’m cycle day 36. Usually I’m 29-30.
Is it as bad as they say the first period post surgery??

So I had Excision surgery a week ago on 4/20. Then 3 days later I broke out in hives. For more than 24 hr we did Benadryl 4 hr and absolutely nothing worked. Went to urgent care and got prednisone/ sadly that still hadn’t done anything. My surgeon finally prescribed me medrol. Anyone else taken that. I’ve read mix reviews. Will this mess up any endo that’s still in my body? Will this slow recovery?
