Can anyone recommend a fertility naturopath?

I’ve had many failed cycles and taking a little break to regroup (mainly for mental heath!!) and wondered if anyone has had any success with a functional medicine practitioner / naturopath?

Thanks in advance! Looking for someone in UK.

Is it absolutely absurd to try IUI after failed IVF cycles?

Firstly, thank you to everyone in this community. I don’t know anyone in real life going through this, so this sub has become my support network.

Since March 2025 I’ve done multiple IVF cycles across two clinics with no success (that’s a whole other post!). We’ve tried different protocols and only had 2 blasts, both aneuploid. My last cycle in April was a complete bust despite HGH, rapamycin, supplements, etc. I’m 40y10m and have a 2.5-year-old conceived naturally.

Both clinics now recommend mini IVF, which we’re planning for September. We’re taking a break over the summer and trying naturally. Other than egg quality, everything on my side looks normal. My husband’s DNA fragmentation is high (72% double-strand), but otherwise we’re both healthy.

I also can’t shake the feeling we rushed into IVF. We only tried naturally for 3 months before being advised IVF would be quicker because I was 39. Looking back, 39 feels young. The only thing that’s ever worked for us is natural conception, and since starting IVF we’ve barely had any time off between cycles.

I’m considering a natural, unmedicated IUI with Zymot this month before we go on holiday. We’re self-funding in the UK. I know it may only offer a small increase over trying naturally, but I keep thinking “what if?” Maybe getting better sperm next to my egg will help? I need to decide today as I’m mid cycle.

I’m extra emotional because a friend, who is a couple of months older than me and was in a similar position, just told me she’s pregnant with her second. I’m happy for her, but it’s hit me harder than expected. I’m also writing this on my way to a funeral.

My question: has anyone had success with IUI with Zymot after 40, particularly in a similar situation? Did you feel it was worth trying? I can’t decide what to do.

Sorry for everyone in this journey - I am wishing you nothing but the best. 🍀
