RFE asking for NPC birth certificate because was born prior to 1992 and have the old school birth certificate which is a “certificate of birth registration” from the local government. Anyone have experience acquiring this from abroad? A hit frustrated to be asked for this from someone I haven’t been in over 2 decades and barely have family anymore. Most of my life and family now live abroad.
