Lost ₹70k in F&O — why don’t companies hire profitable traders?

I’ve seen people in this subreddit talk about making a lot of money through F&O, so I’m trying to understand something.

Recently, a stock adviser contacted me claiming they could provide profitable trades. They first gave me a few successful calls, which made me trust them. They asked for ₹22k, but only after profits, so I initially paid ₹6k.

Then they gave me an F&O trade where I lost ₹70,000 of my hard-earned money.

This made me wonder: if some traders can consistently make substantial profits, why don’t companies simply hire the best traders, give them capital from taking a loan, and run F&O systematically?

Then people can just buy company shares instead of direct money for investment in fno to comply with sebi rules.
