That's a lot of cheese

This is just a funny laugh. Received my pregnancy guidance pamphlet from my IVF clinic. Under dietary recommendations it says I should be consuming 3 8oz servings of milk, cheese or yogurt daily. I don't drink milk, so that leaves cheese and yogurt. I suppose I shall have to enjoy three blocks of cheese every day for baby's health. :) But seriously, no way should I eat 3 8oz servings of cheese a day!

Makes me wonder what the recommendation it trying to say, but all I can read is eat more cheese!

Face dry/peeling progesterone

This is my third round of Ivf with progesterone suppositories. Each time, about a week after starting, the area on the sides/under the bottom lip area (sort of where people get jowls) begins to dry out and become red and peely. Dr Google assures me that is not a common reaction. But I am doing the modified natural process and am not taking any other meds.

Has anyone else experienced their lower face area drying out while using the progesterone suppositories??
