The best way to get mythic seals is why they seem so rare .
The best source for mythic seals are from infernal hoard talisman chests and with everyone avoiding them they seem non existent.
Since leveling my infernal war plan I've found 3 in around 15 runs with that talisman chest .
Prior I found 1 from andariel and 1 from under city talisman legendary key . Both of those I'd done a ton of 100s of them each .
Infernal hoard talisman chest on t12 is the way .
