After hearing some of the comments, I've decided to look elsewhere, and I wanted to see if anyone has had any experiences/reviews about Country Oaks? I'm just trying to find a 1bedroom for under 1k/month, so if y'all have any suggestions that would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

Hi, I am transferring to Texas State in the fall from a different university. I don't know anyone in San Marcos yet, and I am trying to find a 1 bedroom apartment. I know student housing is usually hit or miss, but can anyone tell me their thoughts/experiences on The Atlantic Palazzo? It's at a good price point for me, and right now my number one option but I see everyone having mixed reviews online. Thanks in advance!
