I don’t know if you guys know much about this but I’ve been trying to understand how AI sales coaching works. From what I understand it can review sales conversations and point out things like missed questions weak objection handling or places where a rep could have closed better. I’m more interested in how this works in real life though.

Does it help reps improve or does it end up being another tool people stop using after a few weeks? If anyone here has used AI coaching for sales I’d like to hear what it was like and whether it made a real difference.
