Are my gums recoverable?
18M. Been in a bit of a depressive episode due to exam stress and my dental hygiene dropped as well as an increase in smoking and grinding my teeth at night. Think this has caused early stage gingivitis but I’m not an expert. No previous dental problems apart from having a bit of an overbite that makes me naturally move my jaw forward in day to day and my bottom front teeth being a bit crowded. How bad are my gums and are they fixable
