Unable to Pass Interviews
I wanted to ask for your advice on something because I’ve noticed a pattern since my previous role/account was disabled last week. Since then, I’ve completed multiple AI interviews and assessments for other roles, but every one of them has returned either “Not Qualified” or “Not Selected,” which feels unusual given my prior experience and interview performance.
I’ve also come across similar experiences from a few other candidates here who mentioned that once they had previously been selected for a role, subsequent interviews seemed to automatically return those statuses. I've reached out to the HDMs to change the status from selected but they said that once I've been selected, it is impossible to change the status, even after I've been offboarded.
At this point, I’m considering whether creating a fresh account and deleting the current one, might help reset my eligibility for opportunities. However, before doing anything, I wanted to ask directly because I do not want to violate any Micro1 policies, privacy rules, or unintentionally put myself at risk of being permanently banned from the platform.
My concern is that my Deel account is still tied to my existing profile, including my ID verification and payment information. If I were to create a new Micro1 account, once the existing one is deleted, and later receive another contract using the same identity and Deel details, would that potentially flag the system or create any issues on the compliance side?
I’d really appreciate your guidance on the safest and most appropriate way to handle this.
