Google Store vs Google Fi Promo Mismatch: Support claiming Pixel 11 Pro promo strictly requires "Unlimited Premium", contradicting Store terms

*I am reposting with more photos & communication with Fi support.

Hey everyone,

I'm running into a frustrating issue with Google Fi support regarding the new Pixel 11 Pro preorder carrier deal, and I wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this or if an official Fi rep can help clarify.

The Context: I was looking at ordering the Pixel 11 Pro from the Google Store with the Google Fi carrier option.

According to the official Google Store carrier terms under Carrier deals at Google Store -> Google Fi (see screenshot):

"Requires joining Google Fi Unlimited Premium plan. Other plans get $1,099 back in total. New Fi customers only. Offers are earned as a combination of instant rebates and bill credits spread over 24 monthly credits."
From this, the breakdown is very straightforward:
Unlimited Premium: Gets up to $1,339 back in total ($300 instant discount + $799 device bill credit + $240 plan rebate at $10/mo).

Other plans (including Unlimited Standard): Gets $1,099 back in total ($300 instant discount + $799 device bill credit over 24 months).

The Issue with Support: When contacting Google Fi support for written confirmation before activating on the Unlimited Standard plan, multiple agents insist that:

The promo strictly requires the Unlimited Premium plan.

Activating on or switching to Unlimited Standard voids the $799 bill credits and triggers a $300 chargeback for the instant discount.

This directly contradicts Google's own published terms on store.google.com. I’m not asking for the extra $240 plan rebate—I just want confirmation that activating on Unlimited Standard qualifies for the advertised $1,099 total rebate ($300 instant + $799 bill credits).

Has anyone successfully activated on Unlimited Standard under this promo and seen the credits track properly?

Or is this just frontline support misinterpreting the tier breakdown?

Any advice or escalation help from the Fi team would be greatly appreciated!
