Hello,

I am currently dealing with a sesamoid bone that’s been fractured into 3 parts and is a chronic non-union fracture with significant inflammation and bone marrow edema. Multiple months of treatment and a couple of different podiatrists have done very little to lessen the pain. I have had two doctors recommend surgery to get the bone out of there.

I finally had my appointment with the surgeon and he wants to try a bone stimulator device thing first. Ive never heard of this thing before and none of the other doctors have brought it up. It seems very sci-fi lol. I was just wondering if anyone else has been suggested this device and if they have found any success with it?
