Oklahoma, USA - wrongful termination

Does it sound like I have a wrongful termination case?

I was just fired from a Car Dealership. My termination paperwork says: employee has been told multiple times about procedures that need to be followed, and goals that need to be met, which have not been followed or met despite prior coaching, verbal and written warnings and opportunities to improve performance has not improved

2 months ago I was told if I don’t put fake lines on repair orders in order for the dealership to get paid extra by the manufacturer for “performing” the services I would be fired.

I declined and had bonuses taken away then eventually fired.

There is way more to this but am curious if I should speak with a lawyer?

Ford fraud-turn in dealer

I am an ex Ford dealer employee. I just got fired. The termination sheet says it’s because I was underperforming. I know it’s because I refused to commit fraud on RO’s and conform. This dealership is a small rinky dinky dealer that has had issues with embezzlement from employees that still work there. The owner sleeps with employees. Terrible employees are rewarded while the honest are punished. The dealership wanted service advisors to put pick up delivery or mobile service lines on every ticket possible. Ford pays dealerships money to do pickup or mobile. My dealership wanted us to put these lines on RO to get paid by Ford even if it wasn’t done. Months ago we were told if we didn’t comply we would be fired. I said no I won’t do that and today I got fired. I have been told to call corporate and report them so they get audited. Has anyone done this and what is the process like?
