I am not talking about Xuanyu. I am talking about the Original Dragon God. I mean Dragon God is too OP he has more than 4 Godhoods each being a God King level Godhood. And he with his sheer strength almost made his Divine Domain into a Divine Star. Only failed because the entire Multiverse planned his downfall when he is weakened. I mean he is the only God whose resurgence the will of the Multiverse didn't allow. Until Xuanyu compromised to be the law enforcement for the Multiverse.
