Hi, I have been trying to download my certificate from NPTEL website but since yesterday it shows that my email is not available in their record. It's the same email that I used to see those lectures in Swayam and while I can log in Swayam, I am unable to do so in NPTEL site. What should I do? Will I never get my certificate? And does this mean I have failed?

22 F here. I have been studying in Delhi for almost four years now. In the first three years, there was no problem for this as I lived with my school friends in my pg. Odia was still strong in my tips as NEP had also introduced language into the curriculum.
The horror started when I went for masters. My roommate is from Bihar. The Odias in my uni are well..... let's say that make you feel so excluded because you are from the coastal region and not from the western Odisha. Ofc I have nothing against them nor I can ditch my sambalpuri kurti for this but I swear....I have never felt this type of discrimination. So I slowly distanced myself from them.
The only people I have been talking to Odia nowadays are my family members, with whom I can only have a 30 min call max. Just 30 mins max goes to speaking Odia.....
I feel so sad honestly. I don't want to lose touch with this beautiful language. I wish I could go back to my school days when my teacher used to teach us those Odia poems so well that it would touch one's heart. I miss doing bak bak in my language.
