Hi guys!!

I (male) came to seek some advice on surviving and hopefully improving my technique. Right now, I'm at sfb for a 4 week and I have ballet austin afterwards. Recently, my right achilles has been pinching when I point it or go to releve. My left foot isn't any better... My left has a weaker arch (both are weak and yes i've been doing my doming and theraband exercises), but less pinching when i go to releve. I know you're supposed to lengthen your heel toward your foot to create a better looking foot and protect from the pinching pain, but the lengthening just doesn't make sense and I've yet to figure out how to actually do it.

All and any help would be greatly appreciated! Please help...
