what i thought was my radiator fan needing to be replaced the auto store guy says my water pump isn’t moving ? i’m at a loss i wasn’t seeing what he was so im just not sure any advice ?

I’ll save the story of what happened to the car but does anyone know a mechanic that will come to my house and fix my car i might be able to drive it somewhere but it’s overheating so that’s a liability
2 days ago my car overheated in a drive through line i had just got off of work i drove home just fine (highway) in the drive through it spewed white smoke/steam out the hood and leaked water from idk where and then the antifreeze/coolant was bone dry i notice days prior my air would get hot when idle or at slow temps it sat for a day then i put coolant in it and drove home (driving fast to get the car home) can anybody steer me in the right direction of what could possibly be wrong and is it replaceable for me to do with like zero fixing experience
