Need developmentally appropriate expectations for new teenage son

I am a single, 41 female. Became a mom last year to an 18 year old foster son. I am looking for charts that breakdown age appropriate expectations / chores / responsibilities for teenagers. Foster training is great for learning to "regulate, relate and reason" or looking for "the behavior behind the need". I am learning those skills.

But I am still unable to get good guidance on what expectations are reasonable for a 14 year old, 16 year old, 18 year old, etc. Just for normal, everyday teens in the US. How are we giving them chores and expectations per age?

Any resources would be appreciated! Thanks! (this post was removed from r/parenting, due to asking for medical advice. Lets hope the tough teen parents here can handle it!)

Help for my niece.

My soul niece (7 yr old) started piano 6 months ago, and I went to her first recital last week. She was mesmerized my the other performers.

Unfortunately her parents said no piano lessons during the summer (grandma takes her normally). I was wondering a good ipad app or a physical electronic keyboard that is gamified. She does have a keyboard at home, but with no instruction, I'm worried she doesnt have enough background to play on her own yet. Any advice is very appreciated! Thanks in advance.

I need a temporary catio. Was thinking of something like this. Planning on setting the canopy on a lower height, so the mesh walls would hang on the ground and using 2x4s to hold the mesh walls to the ground.

Has anyone done this? Or does anyone see any pitfalls here? Any advice would be helpful.
