Old Ammo

People concerned about "old" ammo. I ran the better part of a box PMC 357 purchased in November of 2002. No special storage, no dessicant packs, no low humidity safe. Just hanging around in the original box in a closet. Ran clean and perfect.

Building FDC on VA site

After, a terrible VSO experience a couple years ago, I'm working on building a fully developed claim with knowledge gleaned from this sub. I filed an intent to file back in early May, was able to access it through the VA site, and have been completing the drop down menus and have completed up to entering my various disability claims. It looks like I'm at or near the point of uploading documents, of which I have about a dozen ready to go. Questions:

Can I upload documents to the VA, but continue to hit "complete later". In other words, once I start uploading documents, can I stop, and return another day to upload more?

Should I upload actual pages from my VA records and service medical records, or just refer to them in my VA Form 21-4138 (Statement in Support of Claim)? I have the individual pages saved as PDF's. There are dozens of references to my claimed conditions in the VA "Blue Button Report", but I assume someone has to "control F" (like I do) their way through that report which is around 1,800 pages +\-.

I am patiently waiting on a buddy letter, which I don't think is necessary, but is added evidence. Can I do a final submission without that letter, holding it in reserve in case I need to submit a supplemental? Im almost ready to be complete, but for the "buddy letter". I have two lengthly nexus letters.

These may seem like basic questions, so apologies if this is "claim 101" stuff.
